I obtained my Complementary Therapy HND from Moray College, Elgin in 2004
This resulted in qualifications on Advanced Clinical Reflexology, Advanced Clinic Aromatherapy, Swedish Massage, Therapeutic Massage, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Counselling Skills, Nutrition, Safe and Hygienic Salon Practices
I also gained membership of the Association of Reflexologist and comply with their Codes of Practice

More recently, I have completed Reflexolgy Lymphatic Drainage technique training with Sally Kay
I was attuned to Usui Reiki in 2003, although I had been doing spiritual healing for many years before this
I gained my Reiki 2 and Advanced Reiki with Elizabeth Harley
I completed my Reiki Masters with Zoe Toussaint in 2014
I have spent many years studying these essences under the guidance of the lovely Lucy Jackson of Small Beginnings
I have recently been able to access on-line teaching by Ian White himself, the founder of these nurturing essences and the Australian Bush Flower Essence Company

Australian Bush Flower Remedies are wonderful vibrational medicines coming from the the home of the wildest and rarest flowering plants in the world
The wonderful healing vibrations of these Australian Flowers are captured through placing them in spring water and leaving in the Sun for a couple of hours. They are then preserved as a stock,using brandy. They can then be made up in a dose bottle to be taken twice daily on the tongue
By making use of these natural remedies you can restore balance in your everyday life, improve your ability to cope and enable your connection to your higher self.
